    Dear Employer & Resource Partners,

We are excited to invite you to join us for our upcoming **Open Pathways Hiring Event** on Wednesday March 5th, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. This event will be held at Brooks Crossing located at 550 30th Street Newport News, VA.

Our last hiring event at Brooks Crossing attracted over **200+ eager job seekers**, and we’re building on that momentum with an even more dynamic opportunity for employers and resource partners like you.

    **Event Highlights: **

    - **On-the-spot interviews:** Connect with candidates directly to fill your open positions.

    - **Application assistance:** Our team will help job seekers submit polished, professional applications.

    - **Clothing closet access:** Attendees can select professional attire to ensure they look their best for interviews.

    - **Reentry-friendly designation: ** If your organization is reentry-friendly, we’d love to highlight this by identifying your business with a color on the map. This will help job seekers identify opportunities that support individuals with prior justice system involvement.

Once registered, we’ll follow up with additional details to help you prepare for the event.

Your partnership plays a critical role in connecting job seekers with meaningful opportunities and building a stronger community.

Thank you for considering this opportunity to make a positive impact. We look forward to working with you!

P.S. Spots are limited, so don’t wait to register! Let us know if your organization is reentry-friendly so we can prepare your yellow flag.
