The 757 Career Summits offer an experience that extends well beyond a traditional job fair.
Participants will have the opportunity to engage in interviews with recruiters and hiring managers who possess the authority to make hiring decisions, both before and during the event. Additionally, there will be a
networking social event the evening before and a moderated industry panel discussions where you can register based on your industry of choice.
This Career Summit represents a collaborative effort involving the
Hampton Roads Workforce Council, regional military installations, and the Chambers of Commerce, as well as leading national and regional employers seeking talent in diverse fields such as Defense Contracting, Maritime, Power and Energy, Cyber/IT, Project Management, Intelligence, Field Service, Electronics, Maintenance, Manufacturing, Engineering, Healthcare, Biomedical, Semiconductor, and Leadership.
Morning Session: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PMIndustry Panel Discussions: Gain insights into transitioning from military to civilian sectors in highly competitive industries through our moderated panel discussions. Limited to 50 participants per panel.
LinkedIn Headshots (10:00 AM - 1:00 PM): Complimentary LinkedIn headshots will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Live Resume Review/Critique (10:00 AM - 1:00 PM): Take advantage of real-time feedback from resume professionals and Human Resource experts. This service is also available on a first-come, first-served basis, so early arrival is recommended.
