PEP26 is a hands-on engineering competition where 57 student teams design, build, and race electric-propulsion vessels. As an exhibitor, you will observe candidates solving complex problems, collaborating under pressure and applying technical knowledge, giving you insight that resumes and interviews cannot provide.

    Exhibitor Benefits
    ● Direct, face-to-face recruiting with students seeking internships and full-time roles
    ● Real-time evaluation of technical, teamwork, and leadership skills
    ● Early access to high-potential talent before competitors begin recruiting
    ● Strategic networking with faculty, Navy representatives, and industry leaders
    ● Increased visibility within the Hampton Roads engineering community

Exhibit space is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to competition layout and strong employer demand, tables fill quickly. Past exhibitors consistently rank PEP among their most efficient and cost-effective recruiting investments.
