    Job DescriptionTo provide seamless, professional support that enhances the effectiveness of the President and reflects positively on the organization, often going beyond typical admin tasks to become a strategic partner and manager of administration and overall operations.\\The incumbent will focus on implementing company strategies into daily operations to meet objectives. Self-starter who efficiently collaborates in tandem to steward the company with the best leadership to maximize all aspects of operations.
    Key ResponsibilitiesHigh-level administrative and strategic support to the President by managing his schedule, communications, travel, and projects, while handling sensitive information with discretion to maximize executive productivity and ensure smooth daily operations, acting as a key liaison between the board of directors, staff, accounting, and external stakeholders. Key duties involve meeting coordination, correspondence, research, report preparation, internal accounting functions, and often taking on special projects related to event planning and/or fundraising activities.
