| Key Responsibilities | High-level administrative and strategic support to the President by managing his schedule, communications, travel, and projects, while handling sensitive information with discretion to maximize executive productivity and ensure smooth daily operations, acting as a key liaison between the board of directors, staff, accounting, and external stakeholders. Key duties involve meeting coordination, correspondence, research, report preparation, internal accounting functions, and often taking on special projects related to event planning and/or fundraising activities. |
