    Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented and mature, Commercial Cleaner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in various Commercial settings. In this role you will also be the key holder to enter and lockup after cleaning is completed.\\Your efforts will ensure that the client's facility is cleaned and welcoming for all employees/staff and their clients. Perform cleaning of offices, restrooms, classrooms, hallways and common areas, restock supplies, and dispose of trash.\\These are evening hours.\\Start Time is: 6:45PM\2 Hours Per Visit\2 Days a Week\(Wednesday and Friday/Saturday/Sunday)\12 Hours Per Month
    Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities\\-Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment.\-Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning as needed.\-Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times.\-Dispose of waste and recyclables responsibly in designated containers and areas.\-Follow health and safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a hygienic environment.\-Conduct routine inspections to identify areas requiring additional attention or maintenance.\-Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution.

    Skills and ExperienceSkills\\-Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is highly desirable.\-Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.\-Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality standards.\-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time efficiently.\-Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.\-Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic - THIS IS IMPORTANT!\\Experience:\Commercial cleaning: 1 year (Required)\Shift availability: Night Shift (Required)\Work Location: In person\Location: Kempsville, Chesapeake, VA
