    Job DescriptionOverhead Solutions Group is seeking a highly organized and dynamic Administrative and Operations Specialist to support administrative, operational, and client-facing functions across the company. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting leadership, and assisting with financial, HR, and marketing activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:\\Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements. Manage electronic signatures using DocuSign and handle clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning.\\Communication Management: Handle incoming calls and inquiries, manage emails, and ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.\\Financial Operations: Run payroll, pay contractors, and assist in financial reporting.\\Social Media and Marketing: Maintain and update social media platforms, and engage with followers.\\Contract and Bids Management: Apply for contracts/bids, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with all requirements.\\Networking and Events: Research and identify events for networking opportunities, manage event registrations, and ensure logistical arrangements are made.\\Human Resources Tasks: Post job openings as needed and manage the recruitment process.\\Professional Development Tracking: Track and manage Continuing Professional Education (CPE) hours for CPA staff.
