    Job DescriptionProduction Technicians work independently and within project teams to support engineers and designers by providing \technical modeling, drafting and related services. Production Technicians create mechanical, electrical and plumbing \system models and represent these systems on construction drawings under the guidance of senior technical and \professional staff. (S)he participates in the planning, organization and completion of engineering projects by \engaging in the following duties and responsibilities at the direction of his(her) supervisor.
    Key ResponsibilitiesProactively update professional knowledge by remaining current on standards and requirements, participate in \educational opportunities, read professional publications, maintain personal networks and participate in \professional organizations. \• Proactively model, draft and collaborate with project team to complete drawing/project responsibilities within \scope, budget, and schedule and monitor and assist with CAD teams associated responsibilities. \• Review own work and work of others for completeness and accuracy. \• Organize, print, plot, reproduce and maintain all revisions of project models and drawings and project related \information, both digital and hard-copy. \• Print, reproduce and distribute drawing and document packages. \• Work with other project team members to understand scope of work, schedule, and budget. \• Assist in development of and ensure compliance with production processes, procedures, and policies. \• Provide work in accordance with contractual obligations, evaluate and coordinate with the project team for \customer standards, requested design changes and drawing releases. \• Participate in meetings as required and/or provide input on project design and work status.

    Skills and ExperiencePrevious drafting experience.\knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit software.
