| Job Description | Development Director Job Responsibilities:\? Develop and execute an annual fundraising plan to meet fundraising goals.\? Manage and increase the portfolio of donors.\? Prepare and present regular reports on progress towards fundraising goals.\? Plan and execute special events.\? Manage grant writing and identification of new grant opportunities.\? Generate donor communications, newsletters, and annual reports.\? Assist in creation of print, digital and social media content.\? Network and maintain regular correspondence with donors.\? Identify prospects for major gifts and solicit these donors for support.\? Ensure accurate gift reporting and tracking of monetary donations.\? Ensure appropriate donor recognition and stewardship in a timely manner.\? Enter and maintain accurate records in CWW database system. |
