    Job DescriptionJob Summary:\\Mechanically deals poker in a proficient manner.\\Compensation\Hourly $6.50 USD\\\Available Shift: \\Swing shifts: Shifts are typically scheduled between 4:00 PM and 12:00 AM. (Start times will fluctuate).\\\\Supervisory Responsibilities: \\None.\\\Duties/Responsibilities:\\We believe that team member engagement is the basis for a great culture and superior guest service. \\During every interaction, we display three behaviors: Smile, display energy and open body language.\\Proactively greet team members and guests, initiating interaction to provide service.\\Always use a positive parting remark to end the conversation.\\Performs the act of mechanically dealing a game in a proficient manner, according to current company policies and procedures and applicable gaming regulations.\\Responsible for handling guest transactions and notifying Poker Supervisor of any irregularities while advising a Poker Supervisor, Dual-Role Poker Supervisor, Poker Shift Manager or Dual-Role Poker Shift Manager of any disputes or arguments that may arise during the game among players/dealer.\\Manages gaming chips, collects rake and distributes winning pot according to house rules in an accurate manner.\\Occasional Chip Runner.\Supports and maintain the Casino guest service standards at all times while promoting outstanding guest relations.\\Performs duties in Poker Tournaments.\\A Poker Dealer may work as a Chip Cart Attendant in the Poker Room. A Chip Cart Attendant may sell chips to a Poker Dealer or player directly from a chip cart.\Must be proficient at dealing PLO, BIG-O and other variants of OMAHA.\\Performs all other duties as assigned.\\\\Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\\Excellent verbal and written communication skills.\\Excellent organizational skills, with particular attention to quality and detail.\\Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.\\Ability to work with others while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.\\Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.\\Available to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays.\\\Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:\\Poker experience in a casino setting.\\Must have 6 months of dealing experience in the last 5 years.\\Must be 21 years of age or older.\\High School diploma or equivalent.\\\\Certifications, Licenses, and/or Registrations: \\Gaming license/registration as required by the Virginia Lottery.\\Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing\\\Physical Requirements:\\Regularly required to stand for extended periods of time.\\See, walk, talk, and hear as well as using hands to handle, feel and reach gaming equipment (cards, chips, dice, shuffle devices, etc.)\\Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.\Must be able to identify colors.\\Be able to turn your upper body at least 60 degrees.\Ability to work in an environment with moderate to loud noise, bright lights, smoke, and dust
