    Job DescriptionJob Summary:\Provide clerical/secretarial, administrative, sales support for the Sales Department, General Manager,\Benchmark Management, including dictation, typing, computer input, filing, tracing, answering telephones, printing reports, and assisting departmental records/logs.     Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inquiry calls according to departmental procedures. \Qualify room space requests by obtaining pertinent information required and transfer caller and information to the Director of Sales.\Make telephone calls to specified individuals as requested by the Director of Sales.\Greet all individuals arriving at offices courteously and assist with their needs.\Contact Manager and inform of client arrival.\Document and maintain appointment calendar for Director of Sales.\Maintain accurate trace files and communicate daily traces to Director of Sales.\Establish and maintain filing system procedures; prepare new client files.

    Skills and ExperienceCommensurate or transfer skill set is primary importance\Previous hotel experience in front desk position with strong interest in sales preferred\Good attitude and work ethic practices in order to attain maximum operating efficiency while ensuring adherence to established guest satisfaction criteria.\Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as required.
