| Key Responsibilities | Handle inquiry calls according to departmental procedures. \Qualify room space requests by obtaining pertinent information required and transfer caller and information to the Director of Sales.\Make telephone calls to specified individuals as requested by the Director of Sales.\Greet all individuals arriving at offices courteously and assist with their needs.\Contact Manager and inform of client arrival.\Document and maintain appointment calendar for Director of Sales.\Maintain accurate trace files and communicate daily traces to Director of Sales.\Establish and maintain filing system procedures; prepare new client files. |
