    Job DescriptionMust be able to work Sunday 6:00am-2:30pm, Monday-Thursday 1:00pm-9:30pm.\\The Quality Control Inspector plays a critical role in ensuring all contract work meets quality, safety, and performance standards. This position helps maintain compliance, drives continuous improvement, and supports Didlake’s mission by ensuring high-quality service delivery through consistent inspections, documentation, and collaboration with quality leadership.
    Key ResponsibilitiesImplement quality control inspection procedures, checklists, and inspection schedules in accordance with contract requirements and Didlake operating procedures. \Conduct inspections of completed work tasks to ensure compliance with contract specifications. \Document inspection results in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to support data analysis, reporting, and generation of corrective work orders. \Communicate inspection findings and outcomes with the QC Coordinator, QA Manager, and/or Director of Quality Development, as appropriate. \Release inspection reports in accordance with contract requirements and internal procedures. \Meet regularly with quality leadership to provide written and/or verbal status updates on quality assurance programs. \Participate in all required initial training programs and assist with conducting training as requested. \Foster a positive team environment by balancing individual and team responsibilities, providing constructive feedback, and modeling professionalism, dependability, and strong work ethic.

    Skills and ExperienceAbility to pass a background check. \Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured to operate Didlake-owned vehicles (GHRA only). \Strong communication skills, including the ability to read and interpret documents such as SOPs, reports, and procedures. \Ability to write routine correspondence and reports. \Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and web-based systems. \Ability to interact with, train, and address personnel issues involving staff with assorted disabilities. \Familiarity with reading, understanding, and following Standard Operating Procedures. \Access to the work site for this position requires a valid Real ID.
