| Key Responsibilities | Provide overall direction, coordination, and supervision of janitorial staff engaged in cleaning and maintaining site facilities. \Plan, assign, and direct work; inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards. \Appraise performance, provide coaching and feedback, and address performance or conduct issues in accordance with Didlake policy. \Monitor staffing levels, attendance, tardiness, and timecard accuracy. \Review leave requests and make recommendations to the Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager. \Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment by submitting requisitions and repair requests and issuing equipment to staff. \Ensure safe operation and proper use of cleaning products, tools, and equipment. \Provide leadership that promotes teamwork, accountability, professionalism, and strong work ethic. \Supervise and support floor care operations, including hard surface and resilient flooring, and oversee floor equipment operators. \Interact with Rehabilitation staff to ensure individual program plans are followed and appropriate accommodations are provided. \Assist with interviewing candidates and make hiring recommendations. \Complete required paperwork, documentation, and all Didlake-mandated training. \Ensure staff conduct and decorum align with Didlake policies and procedures. |

| Skills and Experience | Ability to obtain and maintain required credentials and background checks per contract requirements. \Have a valid driver's license and be insurable under Didlake's automobile policy. Requirements include but are not limited to a minimum of 3 years of licensed driving and being at least 25 years old. \Knowledge of industrial cleaning products and equipment and their safe operation. \Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. \Ability to write routine reports and communicate information clearly to employees. \Strong interpersonal skills to train, support, and resolve personnel issues. \Ability to project a positive, professional image at all times. |
