    Job DescriptionThe Site Safety and Health Officer ensure the safety and well-being of all employees, contractors, and clients by implementing rigorous safety and health procedures. \\This role guarantees compliance with contract specifications, regulatory requirements, and Didlake standards, directly contributing to operational excellence and a safe work environment.
    Key Responsibilities-Implement safety and health procedures, inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with contracts and regulations.  \\-Inspect all phases of operations, goods, and services for conformity to safety and operational standards.  \\-Develop and maintain inspection schedules, procedures, and checklists, including scheduled and unscheduled inspections.  \\-Communicate safety deficiencies to the appropriate personnel and document all inspection results.  \\-Assess product and equipment capabilities to establish service delivery standards and safety expectations.  \\-Coordinate safety objectives with production procedures to maximize service reliability and contain costs.  \\-Analyze inspection results with the Director of Operations for trends, safety considerations, and adherence to standards.  \\-Provide written and oral reports to Performance Assessment Representatives and management on safety program status.  \\-Participate in training programs and assist with conducting safety training sessions as needed.  \\-Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding safety and health non-conformance.  \\-Foster teamwork and positive workplace culture while modeling professionalism, dependability, and strong business ethics.  \\-Monitor proper use of equipment and adherence to safety policies to ensure employee safety.  \\-Promote Human Rights awareness among clients and staff through training and incident reporting.  \\-Complete required documentation, reports, and Didlake-mandated training.  \\-Perform other duties as assigned or required by the Statement of Work.

    Skills and ExperienceEducation & Experience \\High School Diploma or equivalent.  \\Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience delivering a safety program of similar size and complexity, aligned with contract specifications.
