| Job Description | The Technician is responsible for warranty and manufacturer work as assigned in accordance with dealer standards to include performing diagnosis, repair, and maintenance on all vehicles. Maintains proper condition of facilities, tools and equipment while upholding company standards and safety. |

| Key Responsibilities | Perform warranty and manufacturer work as outlined on repair order assigned with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership standards. \Diagnose complete and accurate cause of malfunction and perform repair when authorized.\Communicate a complete and accurate diagnosis with the Service Advisor, turn in necessary documentation to the Service Advisor and assist Service Advisor staff \with customer explanation and diagnosis when needed.\Follow all established shop procedures and policies, keeping the shop area neat and clean and account for all dealership owned tools and equipment. \Conduct all activities in a friendly and professional manner while ensuring \appropriate cleanliness, security, and care of customers and company cars. \Regular and reliable attendance |
