    Job DescriptionPCSI is looking for Gardener at NASA Langley Research Center. The Gardner will assist in the accomplishment of minor grounds maintenance tasks and maintain the health and appearance of plants by watering, weeding, and fertilizing. This position will report to the Director of Operations and is based in Hampton, Virginia.
    Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the accomplishment of minor grounds maintenance tasks.\Maintain the health and appearance of plants by watering, weeding, and fertilizing.\Use equipment to maintain grounds, such as mowing lawns, edging grass, and trimming trees.\Keep grounds clear of debris and litter.\Perform preventive maintenance and cleaning of grounds equipment.\Follow safety and health regulations for landscaping and meet standards of the contract
    Education LevelHigh School Diploma/GED
    Required Certifications or Licenses
    Optional Certifications or Licenses
    Skills and ExperienceAbility to use hand tools, power tools, and appliances used in landscaping.\Familiarity with regional plant life, local pests, and synthetic and natural fertilizers.\Demonstrated accuracy and speed in work.\Good written and verbal communication skills.\Self-starter with the ability to work both with minimal supervision and as a team player.\Must have the ability to effectively read, write, and speak the English language.
