| Key Responsibilities | Read and interpret prints, drawings, plans, and specifications.\Construct wooden or pre-engineered formwork utilizing hand and power tools.\Measure, cut, assemble, and install forms, rebar, embeds, and anchor bolts.\Install concrete embed falsework.\Brace forms in place using nails, bolts, anchors, and dimensional lumber.\Support concrete placement and finishing operations.\Place and finish flat slabs, walls, and foundations.\Form and place structural grout.\Prepare and patch concrete with repair mortars.\Perform other miscellaneous general construction duties. |

| Skills and Experience | 5-10 years of experience in Concrete Construction.\Valid Driver's License and ability to operate company vehicles. \Enthusiastic, professional, and positive attitude.\Strong work ethic.\Ability to stand for long periods.\Ability to lift heavy materials and work long hours.\Ability to kneel for long periods.\Knowledge of hand-held and power tools including power vibrators, polishers, cutting saws, and edging tools.\Ability to read and comprehend engineered sketches and drawings. |
