    Job DescriptionClearance Requirement: Active Secret Clearance is required to start\\Travel Requirements: None\\Location: Norfolk, VA (Naval Station)\ \ \SUMMARY: WR has an opportunity for a Lead Mission Systems Operator to support the setup, integration, and operation of Command and Control (C2) stations and associated interface systems for Unmanned Surface Vessels (USVs).\ \Position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:\\-Set up, configure, and operate Command and Control (C2) stations and supporting network infrastructure.\Configure and troubleshoot network connectivity supporting mission systems.\\-Integrate communications systems, including Line-of-Sight (LOS) and Beyond Line-of-Sight (BLOS) radios.\Diagnose and resolve issues affecting communications systems, C2 networks, and interface systems.\\-Support the operation and maintenance of mission systems in a tactical environment.\ \-Candidates must possess the following knowledge, skills, and experience:\*Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physical Sciences, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.\\*Seven (7)+ years of experience establishing, operating, or maintaining software-driven systems, tactical systems, or unmanned/autonomous platforms.\\*Experience configuring and troubleshooting tactical communications networks.\\*Experience integrating and operating C2 systems and associated communications equipment.\\*Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in mission-critical operational environments.\ \ \The selected candidate will be required to pass a pre-employment third-party background check which may include verification of any of the following: Employment history; Education and/or certifications; Criminal history; Driving Records; Other records or information related to the candidate’s suitability for the position.\ \Position Salary Range: $96,000 - $138,000. The listed salary range represents the typical range for this position.
