    Job DescriptionThis full-time, hands-on role is primarily focused on supporting our Concrete Floor Coating division, with additional responsibilities assisting the Bath and Gutter Helmet teams and providing event support as needed.\\The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, dependable, and has excellent communication skills for interacting with homeowners during installs and with potential customers at events. You’ll also be responsible for transporting and setting up event materials using a truck and trailer. Weekend availability is occasionally required.
    Key Responsibilities· Prep and apply high-quality coating systems to residential concrete surfaces.\\· Support field operations across Floor Coating, Bath, and Gutter Helmet teams as needed.\\· Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners during installations.\\· Follow all safety protocols and use hand/power tools properly.\\· Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.\\Secondary Responsibilities – Event Support (As Needed):\\· Drive a truck with trailer to transport and set up event materials.\\· Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown.\\· Engage with event attendees to explain our services and schedule in-home consultations.\\· Represent the company in a positive and enthusiastic manner.

    Skills and ExperienceConstruction, painting, or mechanical experience preferred.\\· Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a truck and trailer.\\· High School Diploma or equivalent.\\· Strong communication skills—able to interact with homeowners and event attendees confidently.\\· Reliable transportation to and from the shop.\\· Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-player mentality.\\· Willingness to work occasional weekends as needed.\\Preferred Qualifications:\\· Mechanical aptitude and experience with tools or equipment.\\· Event setup, logistics, or transportation experience.\\· Customer service, marketing, or public engagement background.\\· Military veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.\\Physical Requirements:\\· Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and kneel for 8+ hours/day.\\· Must be able to lift and carry up to 80 lbs and push/pull 60+ lbs.\\· Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
