| Key Responsibilities | Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support to clients during scheduled visits. Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, organization, reminders, errands, and engagement in social or recreational activities. Encourage participation in daily routines and activities while observing and reporting changes in client behavior or condition to agency staff. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, accurate documentation, and consistent communication while supporting clients in a respectful and compassionate manner. |
