    Job DescriptionDuties and Responsibilities\• Level of Service (LOS): Provide the authorized LOS for each trip (e.g., curb-to-curb,\door-to-door, or hand-to-hand service).\• Timely Transportation: Ensure on-time pick-up and drop-off of clients for scheduled\appointments and destinations.\• Hand-to-Hand Service (when required): Assist customers in and out of the vehicle, maintaining\safety, dignity, and professionalism.\• Curb-to-Curb Service: Assist from vehicle to curb at pickup and from curb to vehicle at drop-off,\unless a higher LOS is required.\• Vehicle Cleanliness: Keep the vehicle clean and presentable at all times. A Green Clean\Carwash pass is provided where applicable.\• Professional Conduct: Greet clients respectfully and maintain a courteous, service-oriented\demeanor.\• Time Documentation: Accurately document pick-up and drop-off times. Inaccurate\documentation may affect pay or trip verification.\• Communication & ETA Updates: Provide estimated time of arrival (ETA) when clients call for a\return ride and notify of any extended delays or changes affecting pick-up times.\• Manifest Submission: Submit all trip manifest sheets at the end of each day. Note and submit all\trip cancellations.\• Receipts & Reimbursement: Submit gas and other work-related receipts promptly for\reimbursement, if applicable and authorized.
