| Key Responsibilities | Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility support, and companionship. Provide light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, medication reminders, and emotional support while maintaining accurate documentation of services provided. Observe and report changes in client condition or behavior to the supervising team and maintain compliance with agency policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality requirements. |

| Skills and Experience | Candidates should have a minimum of one (1) year of experience providing personal care, caregiving, home care, or related support services. Applicants should be comfortable assisting clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including mobility support, personal hygiene, meal preparation, companionship, and light housekeeping. Candidates must be able to follow care plans, complete documentation accurately and on time, communicate effectively with supervisors and clients, and maintain a dependable attendance record. Reliable transportation and the ability to work independently in a home care environment are required. |
